David joined the firm when it was established in 2004.

Specialising in all aspects of commercial and corporate work, David has extensive experience drafting and negotiating all types of commercial agreements, and in the field of mergers and acquisitions, having had extensive experience internationally as General Counsel to a number of blue chip corporations. He acts for a wide variety of land-based and online gambling businesses (B2C and B2B), including start-ups, and works closely with our regulatory lawyers to ensure alignment with clients’ regulatory obligations.

In his spare time, David enjoys playing golf, skiing, sailing, bridge and going to the opera and theatre.
